Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Hot Spring Spas Hawkes Bay Limited (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who are current Hot Spring Spas Hawkes Bay customers only.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agents associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the entry form via: https://mailchi.mp/hotspringhawkesbay/customer-installs
  • Entries must be submitted in full and verified via email. Incomplete or unverified entries will be deemed invalid.

Competition Period

  • The competition closes on 7 February 2026 at 11:59PM.
  • Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

Prize

  • There will be one (1) winner.
    The prize is a $250NZD Hot Spring Spas Hawkes Bay store credit.
  • The prize:
    • Must be used within 12 months of issue Is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged
    • May only be redeemed at Hot Spring Spas Napier and Hastings stores

Prize Draw & Notification

The winner will be drawn at random using a unique number generator.
The winner will be notified via email.

If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels and other marketing platforms at the Promoter’s discretion.

Customer Content & Usage Rights

By submitting an entry, participants grant the Promoter full rights and permission to use, reproduce, publish and share any submitted spa or product installation images, videos or related content for marketing and promotional purposes.

All submitted content becomes the intellectual property of Hot Spring Spas Hawkes Bay Limited.

By entering, participants also consent to being contacted by the Promoter should further information, feedback or customer experience insights be requested for future marketing materials.

Data & Privacy

All personal information collected will be held by the Promoter and used solely for administering the competition and related marketing activities in line with the Promoter’s privacy obligations under New Zealand law.

Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.

General

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures or internet disruptions that may affect entry submission.

Incomprehensible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
